About Us
My Name is Jeff Steigerwald, I am 42 years old, my wife, Cricket and I have two beautiful children. We currently live in Cumming, Ga - about 30 miles south of Rejuvenation Farm. I am employed as a financial analyst and have been in this field of work for over 14 years. I recently completed a Pemaculture Design Course and am a Certified Permaculture Designer. I have always been aware of sustainability issues in our culture, but it was not until 2005 that I began to dedicate my life to learning how to live a sustainable existence.
We are so excited to have the opportunity to share the farm with other like minded people. For some, land is the biggest obstacle to getting started on living there dreams. For me, it is the lack of people! Tackling a project of this size with a limited budget will take power of several minds and backs to overcome some of the design challenges.

My wife and I purchased Rejuvenation Farm in September 2009 with the goal of someday living a sustainable lifestyle there. While taking my PDC course last fall, I got exposed to co-op living and intentional communities. I was drawn to the energy of these places and soon began trying to figure out how I could build community around my farm. After months of noodling on the subject and several discussions with my wife, we settled on the Eco Village and Learning Center concept for moving ourselves and the farm forward.
